The Hotel Lighthouse Boutique offers a stylish accommodation directly on the beach at Prasonisi, a few minutes walk to the beach and windsurf and wingfoil centre. There is a choice of bed and breakfast or half board taking meals in hotels own beach-side taverna with bar. There are a another cafe and taverna locally, and a shop a few minutes walk away.

Location
9 km south of Kattavia village and ideally located on the road just before the Prasonisi beach and sailing area. Prasonisi is located in southern Rhodes approximately 90km, around 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the airport.

Accommodation
The Lighthouse Boutique hotel has newly rebuild and architect designed building with swimming pool exclusively for Boutique hotel guests. Stylishly designed with contemporary design, air conditioned rooms equipped with shower/WC, TV, mini fridge, in-room small safe and a balcony or terrace. Room categories include: Deluxe Double or Twin room with Balcony, Deluxe Double or Twin room with Pool View, Deluxe Double or Twin roo with Pool access, Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Sea View, Deluxe Double or Twin room with Partial Sea View. Some rooms have side sea views. Sea view rooms have view across the beach from a communal balcony. The Deluxe Family Room has twin or double bed on requet and 2 x single beds arranged as bunk beds (accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children). All rooms accommodation up to 2 adults except where indicated otherwise. 

In a separate building are the Lighthouse Asimenis 2 and Studio rooms. These are located off the service / access road, just a short walk behind the Lighthouse boutque building.  The Asimenis 2 rooms incude Twin Rooms with balcony, Double room with spa/jacuzzi on terrace, Studio with double bed on mezzanine and ensuite shower room. room facilities inlcude private ensuite bathroon with shower and WC,  TV, telephone, small kitchen and terrace or balcony. The Studio Rooms are either Twin Studio with Pool View or Standard Triple Studio (not pool view) but access to the studio pool is available. The Asimensis 2 and Studio rooms do not have access or use of the Hotel Lighthouse swimming pool. There is no parking available within the property grounds as before. Other services include Free WiFi, electric kettle, complimentary toiletries. All rooms are non-smoking. 

Facilities
The beachside Taverna restaurant and bar serves a buffet breakfast and traditional Greek style evening meals. The Breakfast buffet is from 08:00-10:00am. Check in time is from 15:00pm and check out time by 11:00am. Snacks, refreshments, lunch and dinner can be taken in the Lighthouse Taverna with extra charge, payable locally.  A nearby shop is open during the day.
