The All Inclusive RIU Palace Mauritius Hotel is based directly on the Le Morne peninsular, offering a superb location on the beach front with direct access to the lagoon and reef sailing area. This newly renovated hotel offers over 300 guest rooms is for adults (18+ only) and has an elegant restaurant, beach bar and pool plus use of the restaurants, spa and main pool next to the windsurf centre at the sister hotel next door.

Location
Set right on the beach on the south west peninsula of Mauritius, this exclusive hotel overlooks the lagoon of Le Morne, right at the foot of the UNESCO listed Le Morne Brabant mountain. The hotel is approximately a 1 hour drive from the airport, and around 1 hour to the capital Port Louis.


Accommodation
There are over 300 Guest rooms set within a main building or 1 and 2 storey annexe buildings. All rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with bath tub or shower, a hairdryer, telephone, free Wifi, air conditioning, mini bar, a coffee maker, fsatellite TV and streaming services with own  electronic in room safe and a balcony or terrace. Room categories available include:

Junior Suite 33m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm). There are also adapted rooms.

Junior Suite with Partial Sea View 33m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm).

Junior Suite with Sea View 33m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm).

Junior Suite - Elite Club 33m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm). Plus an improved minibar with snacks and a bottle or wine or champagne, and a premium drinks dispenser.

Junior Suite Swim Up - Elite Club 40m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm). An Open bathroom area with separte shower and bathtub. Plus an improved minibar with snacks and a bottle or wine or champagne, and a premium drinks dispenser.

Suite Swim Up - Elite Club 55m² with 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm) or two twin beds (110 x 200cm). An Open bathroom area with separte shower and bathtub. Plus an improved minibar with snacks and a bottle or wine or champagne, and a premium drinks dispenser.

Facilities
All guests stay on All Inclusive basis. Breakfast is buffet style with live cooking stations and continental breakfast. The hotel offers a choice of restaurants including the La Riviere  main restaurant with terrace. A la carte (Asian restaurant 'Kaori', Fusion restaurant 'Krystal'.

The Lounge bar 'Sega' has a terrace and stage with facility shared with Riu Turquoise, sister hotel next door with 'Maravanne' bar, Lobby bar 'Le Morne' with terrace, Patisserie and ice cream parlor 'Capuchino'.

All Inclusive Package offers all meals and snacks included. Breakfast is buffet style with live cooking stations and cava. There is an Exclusive restaurant for breakfast for "Elite Club by Riu" guests. Lunch is buffet style with with live cooking stations and assorted desserts at 'Pepe's Food' grill. Dinner is in the main restaurant with buffet choices and live cooking stations and assorted desserts. Optional dinner A La Carte (reservations required) at the 'Krystal' Fusion restaurant. In addition there is an Asian restaurant at the RIU Turquoise next door (reservations required), a Steakhouse and Indian restaurant. Appropriate attire is required for dinner. for Snacks and refreshments outside of mealtimes, local and imported beverages served 24 hours a day, with a daily signature drink, regularly restocked minibars, and room service 24 hours a day.

Activities

The hotel swimming pool (113m²) with swim up bar is for hotel guests only.

There is also access use of the facilities at sister hotel within the resort including the freeform swimming pool (316m²) with adjacent bar 'Waterfall' with swim-up bar and Grill 'Pepe's Food'. There are free sun loungers, towels and parasols by the pool area,  gift shop, shop and free WiFi throughout the hotels. The Renova Spa offers a variety of treatments, massage, hairdresser, beauty salon (at additional charge) and free steam bath and 2 relaxation pool and free gym (sports shoes compulsory when using the gym). There are  daily entertainment and live music or shows.

Other activities are available locally including golf, scuba diving and excursions. The hotel reception will assist with availability and booking locally.

Located on the beach of the sister hotel, just along the beach is the Kitesurf and Windsurf Centre, with fully qualified instructors and a great range of kit, allowing you to launch right off the beach onto the Le Morne Lagoon. More >

With access to the sister hotel's adjacent facilities, the RIU Palace Hotel Maurius is a new hotel for those looking for more exclusive adult only services such as the exclusive dining area, swimming pool and 24 hour all inclusive service.
