How to Book a Sportif Holiday
To book we required the following information from you; your full name (as it appears on your passport), date of birth, address, contact details (email and telephone numbers), emergency contact details, your insurance cover. To view our core booking terms and conditions see here >
Passport Details
We will also require your passport details to be able to book and process your flight tickets. It is important that the flight tickets are booked in the same name, with correct spelling, as shown on your passport or travel may be refused. Please download and complete the APIS Form here >
Deposit
To confirm your holiday you will be required to pay the appropriate deposit of either £250 per person or cost of non-refundable airline ticket(s) plus £250 per person, or any higher deposit which applies to your holiday. The final payment is required 12 weeks prior to departure or full payment if the departure date is within 12 weeks.
Payment
Payment can be made by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque. There is no charge for debit or credit cards. International transfers may incur a small charge levied by the originating and receiving banks, which varies depending on which country this is being issued from and which bank. Please ask for details before sending payment. Payments may be made in GBP Sterling, EURO or US Dollars.
Advance Passenger Information For Check-in
It is a legal requirement that all passengers complete and submit an Advanced Passenger Information Form or API/S for short. The form asks for the the full passport details for you and all persons on your booking including your name as it appears on your passport plus emergency contact details. This form must be filled in a submitted to Sportif as soon as your booking is made as we are unable to issue flight tickets without the information contained therein. Charter Airlines are collecting this information at check-in, please complete this form and take to check-in with you. It is the responsibility of individual passengers to ensure that they comply with the requirements.

Before you travel please check the new Covid-19 travel regulations with your departure and arrival airport and allow extra time for check in and security due to new health and safety protocols introduced by the airports, airlines and customs authority. You may also find that compulsory wearing of mask and other regulations have now been introduced by local government and authorities when travelling, at airports or on airplanes, at your accommodation and in other public spaces including sports centres. This means that there may be reduced or restricted facilities available at the hotel and not as advertised on our website. Your booking is subject to this being acceptable and that you agree to follow all health and safety protocols whilst travelling and during your holiday.
