APIS Form

Before your booking can be confirmed, please can you:

• confirmation of each passenger name  with correct spelling as it appears on the  passport
  
  and
   
• date of birth for each passenger,  which is essential for airline ticketing.
   

APIS Information Requirements
All passengers are now required to provide details in advance of travel as part of the advanced security information requirements before travel. As part of the Sportif travel service, we are pleased to submit this information on your behalf. To enable us to do this we require that you fill out an APIS form.

Please download complete the APIS form for all passengers and return as soon as possible to admin@sportif.travel quoting your booking reference and date of travel.
