These family friendly, secluded luxurious villas set on the hill side of the west coast are perfect for those looking for a private villa and have a relaxing, peaceful time off the water, with natural environment and spectacular views to the ocean. Villas range from one to 4 bedroom, accommodating up to 7 persons with ensuite bathrooms, spacious living and terrace areas, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, infinity view pool and housekeeper with in villa dining options. 


Location
Set in 10 acres of landscaped, tropical gardens on a hillside location affording spectacular views of the south west coast of Tobago, the Villas at Stonehaven are approximately a short, 20 minute drive from the International Airport and windsurfing and kitesurfing beach at Pidgeon Point and around 15 minute walk to the local beach. Other facilities, such as restaurants and ATM’s can also be found with in walking distance. 
 

Accommodation
This luxury accommodation includes 14 private villas, ranging from one up to four  bedrooms, able to accommodate between 2 and 7 guests and unforgettable panoramic views. The Villas are designed by celebrity Swedish architect, Arne Hassleqvist of Mustique fame, and furnished in 18th century French plantation style and are superbly finished with the finest materials including granite and marble counters and Italian tiles. Each villa has a balcony with a private dining and lounging area, private infinity pool with deck area, pool/beach towels, loungers and barbeque. In addition, each villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fully equipped laundry area including washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, living area with cable TV and DVD player. The bedrooms feature either a 4 poster king bed or twin beds with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room and air-conditioning and ceiling fans plus balcony with views to the ocean. Your housekeeper is able to prepare a continental breakfast in your villa, with your ordered in items, if required.The Villas feature complimentary wifi, a safe, room service and each has a designated parking space. 

One Bedroom Villa
Offers appox. 2,800 square feet of living space,with maximum Occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child ages 4 - 12 years and infants (aged 3 and below) are accommodated in cribs at no charge to be advised at time of booking. Rollaway beds for additional children are available on a request basis and charges apply. Rollaways are placed in bedrooms. The Villa features one King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room situated on ground floor. Additional bathroom facilities on ground floor

Two Bedroom Villa
Offers approx.3,025-square-foot with two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Villas are equipped with either 2 king bedrooms (1 on first floor and 1 on ground floor) or 1 twin bedroom and 1 king bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.

Three Bedroom Villa
This villa features approx. 3,592 square feet of living space encompassing 2 king bedrooms (1 on ground floor and 1 on upper floor) and 1 twin bedroom (upper floor). The upper floor bedrooms feature private ocean view balconies and the ground floor bedroom opens onto a generous shaded verandah with dining and lounging areas, a sundeck with infinity pool. Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults and 3 children

Four Bedroom Villa
This 3,700-square-foot villa features 2 king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms. The king and twin bedrooms have ocean views and the single bedroom has a garden view. Maximum Occupancy: 7 adults and 3 children.
 

Facilities
The Resort  eatures a Club House with on site with Pavillion restaurant for lunch and dinner, closed 2 days of the week), if you prefer to dine outside the villa but in walking distance. In Villa private dining can be arranged on request either with a cook or as room service.  There is also a Club House bar with happy hours at selected times. Reception services are available to give local information and assist with booking additional services such  hairdressing and massage spa services, in the comfort of your own villa (with additional cost locally). If you have a special event to celebrate you can organise special celebratory meals in a private space.
