Location
Located on the beach front of Paje, on the east coast of Zanzibar, these luxury villas offer private, direct access to the clear white sands and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. The area is relatively untouched by tourism, giving you that relaxed Island feel and the hotel is just a short walk along the beach to reach our kitesurf centre.

Accommodation:
Beach Front 1 bedroom Villa: located right on the beach front, with private access to the beach and sea, the 1 bedroom villa consists of a star/ hanging bed, ensuite, outdoor bathtub and rain shower, a private swimming pool, panoramic roofrop terrace, TV, free A/C and Wifi throughout.

Family Villa: A 2 bedroom Villa with private swimming pool and recreational area, perfect for a family or friends. Both bedrooms have star/ hanging beds and are ensuite. There is also a seaview balcony, outdoor bath tub and rain shower, air conditioning, Wifi throughout and TV on demand.

Presidential Villa: A grand 5 bedroom villa iwth 3 ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a rainshower. The villa also boasts a private pool, jacuzzi, panoramic terrace, home cinema, TV on demand and air conditioning and Wifi throughouti. Ideal for larger families or groups, comfortably sleeping 10 guests.

The Resort offers a fine-dining restaurant, serving a blend of Zanzibari dishes with an International twist. There is also a roof top lounge area with views over the resort and the African sunset, where you can enjoy cocktails and fresh juices from the bar, as well as by a large swimming pool with sunbathing areas and loungers. The Spa, located just next to a waterfall, offers a sauna and wellness area with specialised treatments, using locally sourced products made by the local communities using seaweed, coconut and Zanzibar spices.
