Location
Located around 45 minutes south of Hurghada airport, Breakers hotel is situated on the north shore of Soma Bay.

Accommodation
Breakers hotel offers 173 comfortable, air conditioned guest rooms, most of which have superb views of the lagoon, house reef and jetty. All rooms include an en- suite bathroom, a hair dryer, satellite TV, mini safe, mini bar, internet access and a private balcony. Family rooms and rooms suitable for those with special requirements are available.

Facilities
The hotel offers a half board basis, a dine- around scheme is available at other participating Soma Bay hotels. The main Dolphin Restaurant is situated next to the sea shore with an outdoor terrace, offering a selection of buffets. The hotel has three bars, The Reef is a lounge bar with a dance floor and terrace directly overlooking the sea. The Beach bar is situated at the Dive centre and serves drinks throughout the day. Alternatively the Roof Garden bar has a terrace with panoramic sea views; it is open throughout the day and evening. Regular BBQs and parties are held at the beach. The hotel also has a fully equipped Techno gym, Finnish sauna with sea views, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. Sun loungers with sunshade and beach towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Scuba Diving & Activities
This well equipped, professional dive club provides a professional service for recreational and technical divers. Heated pools to 2.2m are used for training and the spacious facilities include changing rooms with showers and personal lockers, a bar, shop, rental service and classrooms with AV equipment. Access to the dive boats is via the 420m jetty where it is possible to snorkel directly on the house reef. Electric carts carry the dive equipment to the boats. The nearby Cascades Golf & Country Club, designed by Gary Player, offers an18 hole, par 72 course with PGA golf academy and 60 bay driving range located in Soma Bay. Two artificial grass tennis courts, air-conditioned squash courts and 4800m2 Les Thermes Marins des Cascades Spa & Thalasso Centre are located nearby at Kempinski resort - payable as a day guest locally. Windsurfing/Kitesurfing/Sailing
Kitesurfing is provided from the dedicated Kitesurf Centre which is a 15-20 minute ride by complimentary transfer bus. Windsurfing and sailing are available, 10-15 minutes away and accessible by the shuttle bus.  More >
