Moulay Windsurf Centre - Moulay - Morocco, Africa
The Sportif windsurfing centre in Moulay in Morocco offers instruction courses for intermediate to advanced sailors and rental of the latest Fanatic boards and North sails. Surfing and SUP rental boards and instruction are also available. Accommodation at the centre can be prebooked with full board meal options.

Location
The centre is located in the moroccan wave spot at 25km north from Essaouira. The wind blows side shore from the right at all spots but generally Moulay and Sidi Kaouki have the strongest wind. The summer months (June - August) mean very strong wind and smaller waves, and in the Spring and Autumn the swell is bigger but the wind light - averaging 4-6bft.
Facilities
There is a cafe-restaurant on the first floor, which also offers a great view, terrace and also a dress room and toilet with shower.For windsurfing full rental and instruction service with a wide choice of the latest Fanatic boards and North sails. On days where windsurfing/surfing is not possible then other activities will be proposed, such as surf, kayak, camel or horse riding. Limited storage space is available for those with their own equipment at an additional charge. (This is required to be booked in advance to guarantee availability.)
Excursions to other spots can be arranged locally. Kitesurfing, surfing, SUP and kayaking can be booked through the centre and transport arranged to the partner centre in Essaouira.

However, your insurance may not provide cover for damage to equipment that is rented, so worth checking in advance of travel. |

Tuition
Courses are available for windsurfing or surfing/SUP for intermediate to advanced level. Because of the wave conditions in Moulay it is not suitable for beginners. Beginner lessons can be taken in nearby Essaouira.
