Accommodation: Nicely furnished, the large air-conditioned studios have twin or double bed, a kitchen with fridge and electric hob, a bathroom with WC and a balcony. 12 single bedroom apartments accommodating up to 4 persons. 2 three-bedroom apartments accommodating a maximum of 7 persons. Each apartment is air conditioned with private patios or balconies, use of the swimming pool and parking for rental vehicles.

Single Bedroom Units: Each single bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, pans etc. There is a private toilet and ensuite bathroom with bath. The bedroom is air-conditioned and contains cable television and an alarm/clock radio. Bed size (queen size or single) depends on the number of occupants. Two apartments are specially equipped for the differently abled. Each Single Bedroom Unit has a private patio with a pool-side view.  Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons.

Three Bedroom Family Units: Each three bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc. Each unit features a  dining area and sitting room area with cable television. There are 2 toilets and ensuite bathroom with bath. The first bedroom is a master bedroom (toilet and bath, queen size bed and air conditioned). The second bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a queen size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen size/single bed and is fan cooled. A private patio is the front of each unit. Maximum occupancy is seven (7) persons.

Facilities: Only 15 minutes walk from Pigeon Point and close to the bars and restaurants in Store Bay. For eating and those relaxing moments, there are bars and restaurants within minutes. Swimming pool.

Windsurfing/Kitesurfing: 15 minute walk to the windsurf & kitesurf centre on the beach at Pigeon Point.
