For your windsurfing or kitesurfing holiday to Sotavento, Fuerteventura, Esmeralda Maris offers excellent value self catering accommodation in a bungalow complex, with hotel facilities, close to the centre of Costa Calma. 

Location
Located on the quieter, southern end of Costa Calma,  1km from the centre of and 65km (approximately 1 hour drive) south from Rosaria airport. There is access to a local beach 400m away. The Club Esmeralda Maris offers spectacular, panoramic views over the lagoons and beach of Playa Sotavento.

Accommodation
A total of 82 bungalow style accommodation with modern interiors and a choice of room categories:

24 One bedroom units with sitting room and 1 separate bedroom with garden view.
46 One bedroom units with sitting room and 1 separate bedroom with sea view.
46 Two bedroom units with sitting room and 2 separate bedroom with sea view.
5   Studios with integrated bed and living room and garden view.

Each bungalow features rattan furniture, ensuite bathrooms, hair dryers, bathtub, air-conditioning, satellite TV, PC connection, music system, safe, plus a kitchenette with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridg and coffee and tea maker. The bungalows each have a private balcony or terrace. Bath robes and a wake up service are available on request. Children are welcome with no charge for extra cot bed under 2 (max one available per unit).

Facilities
There is a restaurant where you can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet, a lounge bar, swimming pool with loungers, sunshades and sun bathing terraces, a Hamman style, turkish bath saunas and treatment rooms, hydro massage, heath and fitness centre with gym equipment and massage treatments available. Yoga class are also available. The reception is 24 hours and in the hotel lobby there is a 24 hour WLAN-internet service for free. A mini market and parking is also available plus laundry and currency exchange services.

There are a wide choice restaurants and bars, plus shopping facilities nearby in central Costa Calma. The FuerteAction Cafe, Bistro & Bar, run by the centre, is a great place to meet other windsurfers or kitesurfers over a few drinks or a meal or just to chill out any time during the day.

The windsurf and kitesurf centres offers a complimentary shuttle service from Costa Calma. You can also check in at the beginners windsurf centre or booking office just a short 15-20 walk from the accommodation. More >
