Location
The Médina Essaouira Hotel Thalassa Sea and Spa is located in Essaouira with approximately a 15-20 minute transfer from the airport. Located on the seafront, a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from Essaouira Port and Medina with variety of restaurants and souk bazaar.

Accommodation
All rooms and suites are furnished by Souiris craftsmen complete with the bathroom decorated with Moroccan mosaics. The rooms are all air-conditioned with private balconies or terraces with views of either the median, pool or sea. Each room is equipped with a LDC TV, minibar, a safe, telephone and WiFi. Superior Rooms have either a view of the pool or sea. There is the choice between double or twin rooms, each has a furnished terrace.

Junior Suites have king-size bed and view of the swimming pool.

Executive Suites are more spacious, with a seating area, a king-size bed and view of the swimming pool or sea.

Facilities
The hotel offers two dining areas, serving International and Moroccan cuisine. The La Scala bar serves afternoon tea, refreshments and drinks and the Mogador’s Club offers cocktails and a laid back environment. Located in front of the hotel is there beach club restaurant, which includes sea views, air conditioning, an open terrace and freshly prepared fish dishes. Cookery and pastry-making classes and additional excursions and concierge/tourist information are available at hotel. Please request in advance of arrival any specific requests, to ensure availability. Other facilities include IT and business services, currency exchange and a beauty salon. The hotel also has a fitness centre featuring a range of Technogym cardio and weight training equipment with views across the hotel gardens. Guest enjoy complimentary access 24 hours a day. The hotel arranges guest membership of the 18 hole Mogador Golf club with 2 Gary Player (Signature) courses, just 3km south of the hotel, featuring club house, restaurant, golf academy and pro shop.

The Hotel's Thalassa Spa offers a fitness and wellness programme to restore inner energy. There is a choice of packages with up to 24 treatments available over 6 days. Individual thalassotherapy treatments, specialist treatments, massages, facials, scrubs and relaxing or stimulating sessions in a heated sea water pool or the Hammam sauna are available. A short program of 1 to 3 days of treatment is the perfect way to discover thalasso therapy and enjoy relaxing treatments with 2 individual thalasso therapy treatments and 1 30-minute massage each day. If you are looking for a top quality luxury hotel with excellent service, cuisine and spa facility, this is the hotel for you. Just a short walk to the old port and Medina with excellent choices of fine dining restaurants. Wander through the alleys browsing many craft and boutique shops or the souk local produce. Book in for specialist spa packages and relax after a day on the water. Don’t miss a visit to Taros Restaurant with amazing sunset cocktails, live music and ponchos for when the sun goes down.
