On-line entry closes midday Thursday 2 Sept 2010
01 September 2010 - On-line entry for both NWF competitors and party tickets closes midday tomorrow Thursday 2 Sept 2010. All remaining tickets which are very limited will be sold on site from 0730hrs Sat 505 Sept on a first come first served basis. Entry costs £40.
This years National Windsurfing Festival (NWF) will take place from The Inn on the Beach, on Hayling Island 4-5 Sept 2010.
Competitors can join the National Fleet for previous competitors on the national circuit or the Freeride Fleet for those who haven't. There are a range of categories include Pre 1985 equipment and fancy dress so there's something for every level and age of competitor and equipment. It's all about joining in.will be there. Elimination rounds will take place with Freewave, Wave and Freestyle categories. Successful competitors are then eligible to enter the famous, floodlit night windsurf competition. Some of the best Pro sailors will be there.
If you don't want to compete then just come and support the event as a spectator or joing one of on-shore clinics with Peter Hart, Jem Hall, Dave White, Ant Baker and Jim Collis all offered free of charge.
A windsurfing trade exhibition gives you the opportunity to demo products and the chance to view the latest 2011 equipment.
Competitors get Free entry to the famous NWF VIP fancy dress party with live entertainment by the Heathrow jets and DJ Parfitt. Additional party tickets are £20 and need to be booked in advance.
