The Sunset Villa and Blue Lagoon apartments are located next to each other on the hillside in the village of La Gaulette, about 6 km from the Club Mistral & Skyriders Center. A rental car is required to get to the surf spot and will take approximately 15 minutes.
Location: La Gaulette is a typical former fishing village on the south west coast of Mauritius just 6km from the sailing and launch spots at Le Morne. From the pool terrace you enjoy magnificent views over the bay and Le Morne with Mont Brabant. Transfer from the airport is around 1 hour. There are a choice of studios and apartments are located in different buildings on the hillside walking distance from a grocery store, restaurant and small private spa. Additional restaurants and bars are a short drive or taxi away.

Sunset Villa: This villa consists of 3 apartments, all nicely furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. The service includes daily housekeeping (cleaning, change of linens and towels), complimentary mineral water and fruit juice upon arrival, free high speed internet (WiFi) and free parking. All apartments are equipped with LCD-TV (satellite TV package with more than 20 News, Sports & Movie channels), DVD player and comfortable hotel grade beds and fresh cotton linens. Villa Sunset also provides a Welcome Package for all guests with groceries such as coffee, tea, hand soap, tissues in bathroom and lounge, as well as slippers and bathrobes. The villa has a sun deck with a small pool and chairs. There is also a secured storage room for your own surf equipment.
1-bedroom apartment (ground floor) with a double bed in the bedroom, two single beds in the living room (behind a small wall), bathroom with shower/WC, kitchen with microwave, stove and tea & coffee maker, terrace (no sea view).
3-bedroom apartment (first floor) with 3 double bedrooms, cozy living room, 2 bathrooms with bathtub/WC, kitchen with microwave, stove and tea & coffee maker, terrace with splendid sea view.
2-bedroom apartment (second floor) with a double bed in the first bedroom, and two single beds in the second bedroom, spacious living room, bathroom with bath tub/WC, kitchen with microwave, stove/oven and tea & coffee maker, terrace with magnificent sea view.
Max. occupancy: 4 pers. in 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, 6 pers. in 3-bedroom apartment.
Blue Lagoon: This two-storey villa is situated right below Sunset Villa and offers two spacious apartments. The building has been completed in 2009 and also has a large terrace with swimming pool and ocean views. The service is similar to the Sunset Villa.
1-bedroom apartment (ground floor) with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, large living room with open kitchen with microwave, stove and tea & coffee maker, terrace.
2-bedroom apartment (first floor) with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub/WC, kitchen with microwave, stove/oven and tea & coffee maker, terrace (conservatory style) with splendid sea view.
