This New 5* Hotel built in 2009 is located just 7km south of Kos Town on beach at Psalidi. Built in 2009 it has been build in a contemporary style with freeform pool area, spacious gardens, restaurants and bars and  high quality accommodation. The newly relocated windsurf & kitesurf centre opened here in May 2011 offering excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing facilities from the hotel’s own private beach.

Accommodation: 176 contemporary, air-conditioned and well appointed rooms are located in individual bungalow style buildings or separate two storey annex buiding.  The rooms offer and excellent stand of comfort with 150 standard rooms (sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child) and 23 family rooms (with two connecting bedrooms –sleep up to 5) situated next to a separate pool area with own beach bar serving drinks and snacks. All rooms have balconies or terraces – some directly facing the pool area many with direct or side sea views. Three duplex apartments, set over two levels are available with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, private pool and direct sea views. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower attachment in bath, flat screen TV, DVD/stereo music, internet connection, in room safe (at additional charge locally, telephone and fridge. Accommodation is offered at Half Board or on All Inclusive basis.

Facilities: Choice of dining options include the main buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, main bar, snack bar or pool bar.Opening times are as follows:

Main Restaurant: Breakfast buffet from 07:00 - 10:00, Lunch buffett  12:30 - 14:00, Dinner Buffet and Show cooking - 19:00-21:30. 'Theatraki' snack bar open from 10:00-00:00 and 'Oasis' pool bar from 10:00-late. Drinks: During meals unlimited soft drinks, draught beer and house wine are served as well as other alcoholic drinks. Last all inclusive orders served at 23:00.

Large free-form swimming pool with separate children’s splash pool and larger family pool next to family accommodation annex and children’s playground. Jacuzzi and surrounded by large sundecks.  Tennis courts which are floodlit are available for a small additional charge. State of the art gym, spa and wellness centre offering a range of treatments at an additional charge. Th animation team provide various activities, games and entertainment throughout the day and evening.The extensive gardens are landscaped and lead down to the private sand and pebbly beach.

A spacious reception area and lounge is open 24 hours.WiFi throughout the hotel plus business office area. Here you can organise car, bicycle or motorbike rental, money exchange and safety deposit box. The hotel also has a mini market/souvenir shop for everyday items. The local bus stops on the main road just outside the hotel providing a very inexpensive and frequent service into Kos Town throughout the day and evening.

Other sports and activities available in the hotel include volleyball, performance mountain bikes and guided tours to local mountains, mini golf, table tennis, pool tables, mini football and darts.

Nearby you can also find sailing, waterskiing, jet ski, wakeboarding, diving, go carts and great trekking routes. Also available on the island are horseriding, catamaran sailing and organized boat and fishing trips from Kos Town main marina.
